Pixie surprises her family by announcing her sudden passion for basketball on the day of the finals. She isn’t really that much into sports, but she desperately wants to bond with her stepdad, Jack, and stepbrother, Johnny, two huge basketball buffs who barely pay attention to her. While Jack is thrilled to teach her, Johnny grows possessive over the sport, teasing her relentlessly. Lily, their mom, clueless about basketball, is less than thrilled but shows support in her own way—mainly through snack deliveries. As Pixie navigates drills, banter, and sibling rivalry, the excitement of the televised game ultimately brings them all together, proving that family bonds can grow in unexpected ways through the magic of freeuse.
